PresencePro is a product of business en motion, founded by Debbie Nicol, a leadership and change strategist with decades of international corporate experience.
With a strong foundation in people and organizational development, Debbie witnessed, and still witnesses a pressing need: the absence of Executive Presence slowing business, eroding culture, and keeping potential hidden. PresencePro emerged as a practical and grounded response, one built for today’s workplace realities.
